Wynne Moore knows houses – inside and out. Having worked for the largest custom developer in North East Tarrant County for eight years, she by association worked with a cadre of excellent builders during that time. Materials, structure, architecture, style, amenities – she is knowledgeable about them all. She also knows the best teams to build on a new site or remodel an existing property. If it can be done to a house or a building site, she has a contractor for the job. If it’s a resale, whether one year old or 20, she probably knows the builder.
All of which is to say that when she entered the sales arena finally in 2005, she began to put sales teams and clients together immediately. Since 2006, she has sold at least $15 million every year and in 2010 sold almost $22 million.
“I’m very good at matchmaking buyers and builders, and this helps with resales as well,” said Moore, who specializes in Southlake properties as well as Keller, Colleyville, Trophy Club and Westlake.
Her previous work with a developer gained her valuable attendant knowledge. She is good at walking buyers planning to build through that unique loan process, something that can be difficult. Her marketing skills are acute, having been director of Sales and Marketing for all of the developer’s properties for years.
This particular skill has carried over into her civic life. Moore has been active as a volunteer in several capacities with the Kaleidescope of Homes, bringing about the only single site luxury home show in the US in 2010. No one else in the country could procure the funding. This show home benefited Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.
Moore’s professional achievements include serving on the board of directors for the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for the last two years.
Wynne Moore lives in NE Tarrant County with her husband, Perry, and three boys. They are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake.
