While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, for moderate or severe emotional distress, this relief is only temporary. Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress for good. I am trained to listen and interact in a way that helps you get to the very root of your emotional concerns. Each of us has the potential to change our health, our behavior patterns, the way we think about problems and challenges, and how we care for our inner selves.

I offer my clients a solid professional relationship to support their aspirations for a better life, to identify and pursue opportunities in all areas important to them, to help overcome conflicts that get in the way of making positive choices, and to help stay the course when there is backsliding in response to efforts to change.
