SGLA exists for the girls – for their development as successful athletes on the field and by extension successful women off the field.

We seek to provide the fun, supportive and safe atmosphere the players require to achieve that development.

We provide the dedicated resources each player needs to get what she wants from the sport while respectfully giving back to the great game with exemplary effort and sportsmanship.

We foster a learning environment where it is safe to make mistakes, thereby encouraging a fearless attitude that instills confidence for lacrosse and life outside of it.

An experienced, committed coaching staff and the longstanding stewards of the sport in the community provide the proven foundation for fun, growth, development and the fulfillment of this mission.
