Concrete paving of Kimball Avenue began Friday morning, according to the Southlake Department of Public Safety.
Drivers in the area should be prepared for rolling lane closures throughout the week, as paving will be done from SH114 up to Patterson Way. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic during work hours, according to DPS. After the concrete reaches ultimate strength, driveways, turn lanes and the median will be paved.
The work should be completed by the end of the week.
