About
John Zimmerman has nearly 20 years of experience in the development of properties in Fort Worth and surrounding areas most recently as part of the development team at Montserrat, a high-end residential and commercial neighborhood located in the southwest corner of the city. Over the years John has worked to develop strong communities and strong relationships in Fort Worth and the surrounding area including the development of almost 1,000 acres into custom home communities in Aledo, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Southlake and more.

"From that experience I gained a very strong understanding of what is involved in all aspects of the building, development and marketing of new homes and home sites," says John. "And along the way I gained hundreds of great friendships and business relationships." The Zimmerman family has lived, remodeled and built homes in most parts of the city.

John lives in Fort Worth with his wife Nicole and their two children, Sarah and Jack, who attend All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth. John is very involved with local philanthropic activities including The American Heart Association and Buckets and Boots, which was established to fund rural fire departments in the wake of last spring’s devastating wildfires. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate.
