Jim Brosche'
Jim Brosche’s family has roots in the land business that go all the way back to the days of the Continental Army. Jim’s love for land began when he worked with his dad on the family’s orange grove.
After serving as a US Army officer, Jim worked in sales and management positions in corporate and private business ventures including pharmaceuticals, agricultural fertilizer and real estate development.
After selling his business interests, Jim decided to combine his expertise in ranch and commercial real estate investment, ranch management and development. His goal is to assist buyers in finding their dream properties and to help sellers effectively market their properties. He offers White Glove service that doesn’t stop with the sale. He’s available to make recommendations on equipment purchases, local service providers, cattle and land management.
Jim knows the land business from all angles and lives on a cattle ranch in Walnut Springs with his wife Becky and two dogs, Lilly and Lucky. He covers miles of Texas highway meeting with clients at their homes and at the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Ranch and Land Division in Dallas.
When not hunting or riding, he volunteers at the Camp John Marc equine program, the Glen Rose PRCA Rodeo Committee and with the American Cancer Society. Jim is also on the Board of Directors of National Championship Barbeque Cookoff in Meridian, Texas.
Jim enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and is happy to answer any questions that you might have. Feel free to give him a call at 817-233-5143!
