Floors Inc.
Floors Inc began in 1983 when Randy Pack and a partner formed Greater Southwest Interiors. The Company was created with the goal of consistently providing high quality flooring solutions to the growing residential homebuilding market. In 1996, Floors Inc. became an employee-owned enterprise. Today the Company has grown to one of the largest floor covering companies in the country, adding additional operations in DFW, as well as Houston in 1998, San Antonio in 2001, and Austin in 2002. Floors Inc also owns a number of Carpet One and Stone Mountain locations throughout the area.
The Company is headquartered in a 57,000 square foot warehouse and office facility in Southlake (metro Dallas), Texas with additional distribution centers throughout the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area. Regional operations are located in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. The Design Centers of Floors Inc have over 30,000 square feet of showroom space located in the DFW area, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
Floors Inc. is a member-owner of FloorExpo, Inc., the largest network of flooring contractors in America. With combined sales of $3 billion, FloorExpo members are active in all of the nation's top 25 housing markets enabling them to provide national builders with a level of contractor services unmatched in the flooring industry.
