About
Brian Luker’s intense dedication to his profession is anything but surprising. He’s been highly successful in the business arena and now he’s bringing that wealth of expertise to each and every real estate transaction he conducts. In addition to buying and selling residential property, Brian helps entrepreneurs locate viable investment opportunities. Luker notes, “These are the kinds of things that aren’t easy to find. It takes great deal of time and effort to find something economically workable. But I enjoy the challenge. I’ve had great success as an investor myself and I welcome investors as clients.”

Luker notes, “I am completely aware that customer service is paramount. Of course, I have in-depth knowledge of the industry. That goes without saying. But what sets me apart is a willingness to go the extra mile to make a deal work. However, I don’t just push it through-I make sure it’s advantageous to the client as it can possibly be. To say ‘I don’t cut corners’ is an understatement. If anything, I’m committed to over-delivering.”

While many can make these claims, Luker must be on target with his assessment. His business comes from referrals and he’s setting a record pace for moving property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. “I really don’t specialize in a particular area,” says Luker. “That’s because I want people to have the right property. If it’s in Plano, that’s where I go. If it’s in Colleyville, that’s where we look. It’s what’s best for them. The client is first. It’s a simple strategy, but it’s also remarkable how many agents don’t see things from the client’s perspective. For me, though, that is key. It’s central to my work ethic.”

Brian is a native of California, graduated from college in Colorado, and moved to Dallas in 1989. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing and that gives him an obvious competitive advantage when it comes to selling property. He understands the importance of a creative marketing presence. Couple that with top-tier negotiation skills and it’s a combination that’s unbeatable.

During the rare moments when Luker isn’t working, he enjoys hiking, running, and biking. However, he stays busy with real estate and he’s delighted with that scenario. “I love my work. You can’t do this if you don’t enjoy it. It’s a 24/7 commitment and I’m fine with that. It’s not for everyone. But it’s what I do and I’m fortunate to have the kind of flexibility in my life that makes it easy to make time for clients with tight schedules. They have their own commitments and I respect that. I work with their schedule and make things happen on their timetable.”

Luker said, “When I entered the real estate field, I loved the idea of being in charge of my own destiny. It’s part of my competitive nature. I guess it’s why I love long-distance biking. I like challenges. And, when it comes to sales and assisting clients with their search for a perfect home, I am completely confident that I’m the best person they could call on. I’m dependable. I’m loyal. And I’m competitive. I’ll fight for their best interest as if it were my own transaction.”

He adds with a smile, “But people know that. That’s why I get such frequent referrals. I only have one thing to say and that’s ‘Bring it on!’”
