As Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for Bradford’s Southlake office, Jennifer focuses on agency leasing, tenant & buyer representation, and general brokerage activities in the Northeast Tarrant County (NETC) submarket.Ms. Gray has over twenty-seven 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

In the past fifteen 15 years she has worked extensively in the Greater Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, North Fort Worth markets aka Northeast Tarrant County.

Representing NETC landlords, Jennifer has been responsible for the successful lease up of key properties such as Southlake Town Square, Colleyville Town Square, Keller Town Center, and The Village at Colleyville. In addition, she was responsible for the 2nd floor office leasing of The Shops at Highland Village, Speedway Town Center and Bartonville Town Center in the Denton County markets.

As Exclusive Leasing Agent for the aforementioned urban lifestyle centers, Jennifer has handled both preleasing of projects under development along with the leasing of projects encompassing office, retail, restaurant and entertainment.
