The Southlake Carroll girls cross country team will compete for the state championship title in Round Rock, Texas on November 12th.
The Lady Dragons had six runners place in the top 13 to win the UIL Region/ Class 5A Cross Country Championships at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock on Saturday.
Led by Shelby Chapin and Courtney Kriegshauser, the team accumulated an average time of 11:26:62.
