Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine is giving a Southlake Carroll Dragons fan the opportunity to kick a field goal with a chance to win a Mercedes-Benz GLB 250. The field goal attempt will be held during halftime of the Southlake Carroll game on Friday, October 2 at Dragon Stadium.
“Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine has been a supporter of the Southlake Carroll ISD for many years,” said Liz Shafton, Communications and Experiential Marketing Director. “This has become a favorite event at Dragon Stadium during Varsity Football. The community looks forward to it each year. We have had men and women attempt the field goal with the crowd cheering them on during halftime. The Mercedes-Benz GLB is a fabulous family car with a third-row seating option and is perfect to drive around the Southlake Colleyville area.”
For a chance to be selected, fans should register here before midnight September 28.
There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person. One lucky winner, and two alternates, chosen at random from all entries received, will be notified September 30th. This is two days before the field goal kick attempt on October 2. The winner cannot practice a field goal kick once they have been notified. The field goal attempt will be held at Southlake Carroll Dragon Stadium from the 40-yard line.
In order to qualify for the grand prize, the contestant must successfully kick a regulation size football over the crossbar and between the uprights of the regulation state high school goal post at Dragon Stadium.
Current or former Olympic, semi-professional or professional football, soccer or rugby players who have competed in the United States, Canada or Europe cannot participate. Current or former high school or collegiate football, soccer or rugby players who have competed at the level within the past six (6) years and, current or former football coaches who have coached at the high school level or above within the past six (6) years may not participate in the event.
