You want to list your home for 300,000

Regular Real Estate Fees will be 6% of the List Price...............3% to the Listing Agent  3% to the Buyers Agent   Grand Total You will pay is $18,000

My Fees will Be 4.5% of the List Price    1.5% to the Listing Agent   3% to the Buyers Agent.  Grand Total You will pay is $13,500
