Forty-six 7th and 8th grade swimmers from Carroll MS and Dawson MS will compete at the eighth Annual North Zone Middle School Swim Championships at the Keller Natatorium this Saturday, May 4 at 12:20 p.m.  Teams from Lubbock ISD and Keller ISD, along with some smaller teams will be represented. A total of 300 middle school swimmers will compete.

The Dragons will be divided into 8 different divisions, 7th grade girls and boys from Dawson MS, 7th grade boys and girls from Carroll MS, 8th grade boys and girls from Dawson MS and 8th grade boys and girls from Carroll MS.

This competition is an opportunity for our future Dragon Swimmers to compete as a team in preparation for Dragon HS Swimming in 9th grade. Although Carroll ISD does not offer school-sponsored MS Swimming, these young swimmers come from our "Dragon Network" of competitive swim programs, including the North Texas Nadadores, the Timarron Tigersharks, the Southlake Stingrays, the Southridge Lakes Baracudas and our Dragon MS Swim Camp. All of them come together, as a team, to represent Carroll and Dawson Middle Schools in this annual North Zone MS competition.

The Keller Natatorium is located one block north of 1709 on Rufe Snow.
