The Southlake Lacrosse Association is announcing a fundraising raffle that will offer two grand prizes with both winners receiving new cars.

The fundraiser features two new Smart cars to be given away as prizes. Tickets can be purchased for $25 from any player. Ten finalists will be drawn at halftime of the boys varsity game in Dragon Stadium on Saturday, April 6. The winners will be drawn the following week at the April 13 game.

Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in North Texas, and SCLA is keeping pace. There are nearly 500 boys and girls who represent Southlake in spring competition. Players range from first-graders up to high school.

High school games are played at Dragon Stadium and North Park and are free admission to all. High school boys host St. Mark’s next Tuesday at Dragon Stadium, with varsity playing at 7 p.m., and lacrosse girls host Plano at North Park on Wednesday, March 6. Families are encouraged to attend and can even bring refreshments.

Game schedules and additional raffle details are also available at www.southlakelacrosse.org.
