When Les Misérables came to the silver screen on Christmas Day last year, people flocked to the theaters to watch the epic musical's film adaptation with Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe and other stars, and for good reason—it was incredible.

Now, the theatre department at Carroll Senior High School is going to present its take on "Les Mis," as it's often dubbed, next month for the community to enjoy.

Presented by Roxann Taylor and Associates, Realtors, the "Dragon Drama" department's version of Les Mis will be one of the first nationwide to be performed on a high school stage—a pretty exciting accomplishment by itself.

Playing in all the starring roles are Carroll Senior High School seniors: Colette Culbertson as Madame Thenardier, Grant Pike as Thenardier, Kristine Lahde as Eponine, Joey Donoian as Javert, Heather Wang as Fantine, Mark Elliott as Valjean, Cody Shuck as Enjolras, Emily Cutler as Cosette and Timmy Thompson as Marius.

You're going to want to get your tickets to Les Mis, which will be performed in the Carroll Theatre Auditorium, ASAP because they are anticipating sellouts for multiple performances. Tickets are on sale now for $15, $20 and $25 depending on where you want to sit and the date of the performance. Here, you can pick your seat location and print your own tickets.
