Vibe Zoo, a Southlake rock band, will compete in SchoolJam USA Teen Battle of the Bands Competition, a national contest designed to encourage teens to demonstrate their musical prowess and strives to to support music education programs.

Vibe Zoo, with members from Carroll Senior High, is hoping to score a spot at the finals in Anaheim, California on January 21, 2012. Eight bands will be chosen to perform at Downtown Disney and will win money to purchase new gear for their groups as well as additional funding for their school music programs.

In order to make it to California, the band needs family, friends, and fans to vote for Vibe Zoo each day during the month of November.
