The Southlake City Council will host a meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Southlake Town Hall.  The work session for the meeting will begin at 4 p.m.

Some items on the agenda include:

• The first reading of an approval for a new speed limit on a portion of North Kimball Avenue.  If approved, a public hearing will be held on Sept. 4.
• A site plan for a Carroll ISD Administration Building located at 1101 East Dove Rd.
• The first reading of a zoning change and site plan for Victory Lane located at 400 and 470 North Kimball Ave.

Sometime after 7 p.m., a public forum will be held during the meeting, and citizens will be allowed to address the City Council about non-agenda items.  Citizens are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes or less.
