The KFM August Chef’s Table Program cooking demonstration will be hosted Saturday, Aug. 18, by Chef Charles Youts of The Classic Café, located in Roanoke, TX.

Chef Charles recently competed in the 2012 Top Chef Challenge, hosted by Fort Worth magazine, and was the feature of a front page article in The Keller Citizen.  This Saturday he will share his recipe and create crab cakes with a spicy remoulade sauce for KFM customers.

In addition, you can enjoy the classic rock stylings of The Dean’s List, a group of 13 students of School of Rock Southlake.  Come out and enjoy the music while shopping for and snacking on local foods.
