Twelve year old Jessica Neal wins first place at the Del Frisco's Run with the Troops benefiting Operation Once in a Lifetime, an organization that helps military families in need, in her first 5k in the girls 11-14 division with a time of 24:25. The annual event was held at Bicentennial Park in Southlake on 11/7.
