The Southlake Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Thursday, January 12th at 6:30 p.m The regular meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers of City Hall at 1400 Main Street in Southlake.

Some of the items on the agenda include:

• A variance to an ordinance requiring that decks and play courts be located in the side or rear yard only and not forward of the principal building on the lot. This item was tabled at the meeting on December 15th.
• A special exemption use permit for a servants or family quarters and a special use permit for the construction of an accessory building greater than the size permitted.
