It might be easier for you to keep that New Year's resolution to lose weight this year.

All American Family Fitness will soon open a new gym location at Southlake Town Square. It will be the company's second location, there's already a facility in North Richland Hills. The new gym will be housed in the old Larry North space.

While the Southlake location won't open until around April 1st, you can snag a good rate on a membership this weekend during the three-day sale. The sale begins of Friday, January 13th and ends on Sunday, January 15th.
