Over 80% of Trinity Basin Preparatory’s Jefferson Campus 8th grade students have been accepted to their top choice high schools for the upcoming school year. Trinity Basin Preparatory school counselors have guided the 8th grade students through their options as they begin their journey into high school and beyond. 

After their time at Trinity Basin Preparatory, students have the option to apply or audition for various high schools within Dallas ISD, charter schools, and private schools. Trinity Basin Preparatory school counselors begin working with students during their 7th grade year in anticipation of upcoming applications for specialty high schools.

“I am incredibly proud of our 8th graders’ accomplishments this application cycle,” Trinity Basin Preparatory Jefferson Middle School  Counselor Leah Farda said. “The students have been diligent in the application process and have developed skills for their future, whether it be for completing college or job applications.”

Trinity Basin Preparatory students have been accepted to magnet, traditional, and collegiate program schools. Throughout the process of submitting impressive scores, auditioning for arts magnet programs, and developing communication skills, the TBP students are taking the traditional curriculum a step further by developing resilience through the high school application process.
