Monarch Committee Meeting

Anyone from the public is welcome to attend - please email by 11am on 6/8 to RSVP. We look forward to hearing your ideas!

The Monarch Butterfly Festival Planning Committee consists of BJNC members, volunteers, supporters and environmental enthusiasts who have the shared goal of making this year’s Monarch Butterfly Festival the BEST we’ve had. The festival grew from approximately 50 attendees to 500 attendees from 2015 to 2016 and we are expecting even more folks this year!

The committee provides feedback and direction on the festival's activities: the monarch release, butterfly crafts, face painting, live music, the butterfly parade, refreshments & more. We hope you can join us and provide us any tips or suggestions you feel are helpful.

The June committee meeting is scheduled 6/9 at BJNC from 1-2pm. When you arrive and park, watch out for little ones - our summer day camp will also be going on at this time. Thanks in advance!
