 6051. GRACE is a non-profit relief agency that provides food\, clothing\,
  financial assistance\, and other vital necessities to people who are stru
 ggling with a limited income or recent emergency. This $7m organization op
 erates out of seven locations with over 60 employees and 5\,000 volunteers
  annually. \n \nIn 2003\, Shonda was elected as a member of the Board of D
 irectors for GRACE. With the retirement of the agency’s founder in 2006\,
  Shonda was asked to take on the role of Executive Director. As a Certifie
 d Non-profit Manager (CNM) with over 25 years of experience\, she is respo
 nsible for strategic planning\, program design\, fundraising\, community r
 elations\, board development\, staff supervision\, volunteer management\,
  and financial planning. \n Additionally\, Shonda is involved in numerous
  community leadership roles including the United Way NE Tarrant County Cam
 paign Cabinet\, NorthStar Bank Advisory Board\, the Northeast Leadership F
 orum\, the Metroport Cities Partnership\, GCISD Campus Excellence Committe
 e\, Grapevine Chamber of Commerce\, Women’s Division of the Grapevine Cham
 ber\, Grapevine Leadership Program Advisory Committee\, Grapevine Rotary C
 lub\, the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce\, Southlake Mayor’s Advisory Boa
 rd\, and the Southlake Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadershi
